    ARTISTS’ CONQUEST
    August 14 – October 31, 2021

Margret Eicher, Luzia Simons, Rebecca Stevenson and Myriam Thyes “conquer” the historic rooms and museum presentations in the Museum of Decorative Arts and the Castle Museum. The four artists of international origin (Germany, Brazil, Great Britain, Switzerland) respond to the historic castle spaces and art objects and address the thematic spaces of the museums. In doing so, their works reflect a contemporary return of ideas and images of pseudo-baroque exuberance and exotic decadence.
